This high quality leather training Raised Curb/Barbada easily attaches to any rawhide Jaquima and most leather bridles. It is handmade with intricate knitting and very durable. It will last for a very long time. This curb will give you more control and responsiveness without being harsh. It can also aid in elevating a head, teaching the horse to be more supple and can be used with or without a bit. This Curb/Barbada has raised areas which provides a bit more control than our Flat Curb Barbada. This curb can be made with any of our standard leather and thread colors. If you are also purchasing a bridle, you can have this curb made to match the colors of your bridle.

Because our products are made with natural leathers, there may be slight color variations or imperfections than the items shown. Each curb takes several hours to complete. This hand-stitched Bosal and Flat Curb set is very good to use on a horse that requires more control, without being harsh on the horse. The Curb of this set is is flat, so it is gentler than our Training Bosal and Raised Curb Set, Style boscurb0044. This is a wonderful aid to use when teaching the basics of stopping, backing and flexing. This set can be used with or without a bit and attaches easily onto almost all Jaquimas or bridles. It is handmade with intricate knitting and so durable that it will last for a very long time. You can also choose to have additional control by adding a stainless steel plate. This set can be made with any of our standard leather and thread colors. If you are also purchasing a bridle, you can have this Bosal and Flat Curb set made to match the colors of your bridle.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HORSE FOR A BOSAL/CURB SET
Measure around the nose, 1 1/2” or 2 fingers from the lower lip as shown in photo above right. Add 5 inches to your horse’s measurement and select from the size options Small, Medium or Large. Please CONTACT US if you need a different size.
